Welcome to the second issue of Pryde.

We kick off our now monthly magazine with a digital edition themed around education and business. Read the inspirational story of Lee Brownlie as he journeys through the corporate world in Pride Park after been diagnosed with heart failure at 20. Finish off with Kavita Oberoi and Burton and South Derbyshire College partnership that brings valuable skills to the workplace benefitting employers and the college simultaneaously.

Pryde has become an exciting project and is gaining momentum in and around Derby. Since launch we have met a number of inspirational people and businesses within our community and those outside who want in. Derby is attacting positive attention and we hope to be a bridge to help highlight what makes our community so spectacular. We have witnessed the strength of community in Pride Park and accross Derbyshire. Pryde is here to stay, Pryde is for us all.
